Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and legal advice to undocumented Mexicans and Central Americans.
  • Handle a large volume of cases, focusing on T visas and VAWA.
  • Conduct thorough research, writing, and case strategy to maintain high standards.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team, driving success and maintaining the firm's 100% success rate in filings.
  • Represent clients in court and at immigration hearings.
  • Prepare and submit legal documents accurately and timely.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide informed legal advice.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in immigration law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong passion for humanitarian immigration options, specifically supporting victims of labor trafficking and extreme cruelty.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar association.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • Additional certifications in immigration law (preferred but not required).
