  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates and discussing case strategies.

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration hearings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and provide high-quality legal counsel.
  • Stay updated on developments in law and precedent to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and draft settlement agreements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the State Bar of North Dakota.
  • Experience in litigation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state court procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
