Capital Markets/Fintech/Securities Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Capital Markets/Fintech/Securities Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, securities, or FinTech law.
• Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and regulations.
• Experience advising clients on equity and debt capital markets transactions, SEC reporting, and general corporate matters.
• Prior transactional or regulatory experience in the FinTech sector is highly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials with a track record of achievement.
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Relevant law firm experience from an AmLaw 50 firm is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in California.
