  • Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage case files from inception through resolution.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategies and arguments.
  • Stay current on employment and civil rights law developments and advise clients accordingly.
  • Attend client meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 5-7 years of experience in employment, civil rights, and workplace law.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic counsel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
