Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case files and documentation.
  • Stay current with developments in personal injury law and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Tennessee licensed attorney in good standing.
  • Possess 1-3 years of legal experience in the personal injury field.
  • Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
