Norfolk office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate attorney with 2-6 years of job experience with transactional experience. The candidate will handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, managing the property evaluation process (including matters of the title and survey), preparing transaction documents, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, and managing the closing process. Will coordinate and direct the review, management, and preparation of commercial leasing documentation. Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments, including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Must have Admission to the Virginia Bar in good standing or the ability to waive in.

The candidate should be skilled at meeting deadlines under significant time pressure. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and client orientation. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work independently are required. The ability to manage time and resources effectively and independently is needed. Should have a Juris Doctorate from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with an outstanding academic record.
