Duties:

  • Schedule and coordinate legal appointments, hearings, and depositions.
  • Represent clients in immigration court hearings.
  • Prepare and submit applications, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE), and other filings with USCIS.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or another recognized jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Proven experience in removal defense and USCIS filings.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law procedures and terminology.
  • Experience with legal research tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar License in North Carolina or another jurisdiction.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar License (required).

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in organizing and maintaining legal files.
