• Handle all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Advise and counsel clients on complex legal issues related to their fiduciary and estate planning disputes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to effectively advocate for clients.
• Maintain frequent and direct communication with clients to provide updates and manage their expectations throughout the litigation process.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client pitches, and contributing to marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Experience in or exposure to trusts and estates litigation, including issues related to trusts, decedents' estates, and conservatorships or adult guardianships.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters and manage heavy caseloads.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited and reputable law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
