Job Details:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on intellectual property and patent issues.
  • Draft and prepare various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on intellectual property matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies.
  • Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and related regulations.
  • Assist with due diligence for intellectual property transactions.
  • Participate in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
  • Engage in client development activities, including presentations and meetings.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • 3-7 years of experience in intellectual property and/or patent litigation.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Superior writing and communication skills.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
