A law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a highly motivated Securities Litigation and Regulatory Associate Attorney to handle a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions (SEC, FINRA, and state). The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on financial services, conduct thorough research, draft precise documents, and develop solutions for complex issues. This role offers the opportunity to engage in active advocacy across diverse legal matters.

Duties

• Handle matters involving a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation.
• Participate in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions (SEC, FINRA, and state).
• Advise clients on legal matters related to financial services.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Draft legal documents and render opinions on compliance, litigation, and regulatory concerns.
• Identify issues and promptly develop effective solutions.
• Engage in advocacy across a wide range of legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing and licensed to practice law in Ohio, or the ability to waive in.
• 3-6 years of substantive commercial and employment litigation experience at a recognized firm.
• Sound working knowledge of RIA and SEC/FINRA concepts is preferred.
