Duties

  • Handle matters involving a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation.
  • Participate in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions (SEC, FINRA, and state).
  • Advise clients on legal matters related to financial services.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research.
  • Draft legal documents and render opinions on compliance, litigation, and regulatory concerns.
  • Identify issues and promptly develop effective solutions.
  • Engage in advocacy across a wide range of legal matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing and licensed to practice law in Ohio, or the ability to waive in.
  • 3-6 years of substantive commercial and employment litigation experience at a recognized firm.
  • Sound working knowledge of RIA and SEC/FINRA concepts is preferred.
