Attorney needed for Tampa office

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of legal strategies.
• Supervise and manage legal assistants and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association in Florida.
• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation.
• Strong proficiency in legal research tools, such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to attend client meetings in person as required (Pre-suit attorneys must meet clients in person).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
