Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and provide advice to clients.
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Interact with clients to gather information, provide updates, and offer strategic guidance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• A strong technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
• Prior experience as a federal judicial law clerk is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Delaware Bar (preferred) or willingness to become licensed.
