Duties:

• Represent companies and financial institutions in financing activities.
• Provide advice on structured finance transactions.
• Advise on the acquisition or sale of portfolios of financial assets.
• Represent parties in secured and unsecured credit facilities.
• Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents.
• Understand commercial and securities law issues related to finance transactions.
• Advise on debt and equity issues in capital markets transactions.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in a large or mid-size law firm, in-house department, or governmental agency.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member in good standing or eligible to waive into the appropriate state Bar.
