The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience counseling clients on various employment issues and representing clients in single-plaintiff and class/collective action employment litigation. Duties

• Counsel clients on employment issues, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in single-plaintiff and class/collective action employment litigation.
• Handle issues under the National Labor Relations Act, including NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings.
• Manage grievances and labor arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on best practices for labor relations and employment policies.
• Participate in and support negotiations and collective bargaining.
• Provide training and updates to clients on labor and employment law developments.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven experience counseling clients on employment issues.
• Strong background in single-plaintiff and class/collective action employment litigation.
• Some traditional labor experience, including handling issues under the National Labor Relations Act and NLRB proceedings.
• Superior academic record.
• Strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission.
