Duties:

• Draft and prepare legal documents for family law matters, including divorce filings, custody arrangements, and support orders.

• Create comprehensive estate planning documents and prenuptial agreements.

• Meet with clients to gather information, provide updates, and offer legal guidance.

• Represent clients at court hearings, mediation sessions, trials, and other legal proceedings.

• Write persuasive legal correspondence and memoranda.

• Maintain accurate time tracking and billing records.

• Uphold strict client confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active license with the State Bar of Nevada.

• Family law experience preferred but not required.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong legal writing abilities with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.

• Compassionate approach to handling sensitive family matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license with the State Bar of Nevada.
