Job Overview:
A full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Law Attorney licensed in Washington State to provide remote legal services. This role involves handling probate cases, estate planning, and trust administration through virtual consultations and occasional court appearances. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Washington probate law and a compassionate approach to client service.

Duties:

• Manage probate cases, including document filing, court appearances, and client guidance through the probate process.
• Advise clients on estate planning matters, drafting wills, trusts, and other essential estate documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive counsel in all areas of estate law.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure high-quality, seamless client service.
• Stay current with changes in Washington State probate and estate laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and estate law.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Compassionate and sensitive approach to handling client needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
