  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus.
  • Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
