A law firm is seeking a Privacy And Cyber Incident Response Associate Attorney for their Atlanta, GA office.

Job Overview:

The Privacy And Cyber Incident Response Associate Attorney will be responsible for navigating all aspects of incident response processes, collaborating with insurance carriers and insureds, and communicating with various third parties. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their caseload and client relationships effectively.

Duties:

• Navigate all aspects of the incident response process
• Lead scoping calls and coordinate with forensics and other experts
• Direct data mining efforts during incident response
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and insureds
• Communicate with third parties including law enforcement and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of significant incident response experience
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing caseload and client relationships
• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision
• Assist and manage workflow for larger projects
• Good standing in GA

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar
• CIPP certification preferred
• Specialized industry experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus
