Job Overview:
A well-established and growing law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. In this role, you will advocate for clients who are facing personal injury and property damage challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest level of care while working diligently to achieve favorable results. Your role will involve client interaction, case preparation, negotiating with insurance companies, and representing clients in litigation when necessary.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, showing empathy and earning their trust and respect.
• Provide regular updates to clients about the progress of their claims and demands.
• Engage in discussions with insurance companies regarding case status and settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide representation in court when required.
• Evaluate claims and develop strategies for litigation and negotiations.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving to resolve issues effectively.
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and requirements during litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury.
• Demonstrated first-chair trial experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and good standing.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a keen understanding of claim evaluations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and client-centered approach to legal work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.

Skills:

• Litigation expertise, particularly in personal injury cases.
