Attorney with 2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience

Walnut Creek office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 2-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of California, Tennessee, or Illinois. Should preferably have experience in drafting coverage opinions and in litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases. Overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings, is required. Candidates with insurance defense experience will also be considered.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Must have excellent research and presentation skills. The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firms existing client base is required. Being genuinely interested in actively marketing the Firm to new and potential clients through frequent and direct contact is needed.
