Duties

• Represent innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in IP litigation
• Work on complex life sciences IP cases, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, research, and trial preparation
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Assist in settlement negotiations and manage case timelines
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with teams in the U.S. and internationally to deliver optimal results

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Life Sciences IP Litigation
• Strong academic background with excellent credentials
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice, or ability to become admitted
• Experience representing pharmaceutical and biotech companies is preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or equivalent) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice, or ability to become admitted

Skills

• Life Sciences background, with a degree in chemistry or biology preferred
• Familiarity with Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Time management and the ability to work effectively under pressure
