Duties:

• Travel frequently (1-2 times per week) to meet clients and attend depositions
• Conduct client and witness interviews to gather and evaluate information
• Perform detailed research on the client's work history and relevant asbestos exposure
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, ensuring thorough preparation and execution
• Manage a docket of mesothelioma cases from inception to trial, including discovery and trial preparation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case management and strategic planning

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the Bar
• Asbestos litigation experience preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent case management abilities with experience handling high-volume dockets
• In-depth knowledge of trade and labor industries is a plus
• Ability to travel weekly for client and case-related engagements

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of practice
