Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in creditor litigation matters within the bankruptcy and state courts.
• Manage cases involving real estate and business-related issues.
• Handle regional and national collection matters.
• Interact regularly with clients to provide legal advice and updates.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law.
• Proven experience in creditor litigation in bankruptcy and state courts.
• Familiarity with real estate and business-related legal issues.

• Admission to practice in Kentucky.
• Admission or willingness to become admitted in Indiana.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
