Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 cases and corporate reorganizations.

  • Draft, review, and refine legal documents, pleadings, and motions with clarity and precision.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to support effective representation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience handling bankruptcy cases, specifically Chapter 11 and business restructuring matters.
  • Proficiency in legal writing and analysis, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Exposure to commercial litigation is preferred, with demonstrated skills in dispute resolution and case management.
