Duties:

• Manage the litigation and post-judgment processes for a multi-state commercial collections practice.
• Review and prepare legal documents related to litigation and collections.
• Handle suit decisions, communicate with litigation staff, and negotiate with consumers and attorneys.
• Attend court hearings as necessary.
• Oversee judgment enforcement and work closely with team members across various departments.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in California; additional licenses in other states (NV, AZ, CO, NM) are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial collections or litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including suit filing and judgment enforcement.
• Experience in customer service or collections is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar license required. Additional licenses in other states are advantageous.
