Duties:

• Assist with bankruptcy law cases, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings.
• Draft and review legal documents such as bankruptcy petitions, motions, and related filings.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy hearings and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on bankruptcy options.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assist with client representation.
• Maintain client communication and provide timely updates regarding case status.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Florida Bar license.
• No prior bankruptcy law experience required (training will be provided).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida (Florida Bar).
