Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on bankruptcy options.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Florida Bar license.
  • No prior bankruptcy law experience required (training will be provided).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
