Duties:

  • Provide legal advice on transactional tax matters, including tax structuring and planning for clients
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing tax-related documents, agreements, and filings
  • Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver integrated tax solutions
  • Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions and corporate transactions
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines effectively

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
  • High academic achievement
  • Experience in transactional tax law
  • Strong interest in tax law and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Admitted to (or eligible to waive into) the Texas Bar
  • Prior experience at a peer law firm is preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Texas Bar (or ability to waive in)
