A law firm is seeking a Senior-Level Elder Law Attorney for their Westborough, MA, location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various duties related to elder law, asset restructuring, and estate planning.

Duties:

• Make presentations to groups of elders at senior centers and other venues.
• Prepare and file applications for MassHealth and other government benefit programs for elders.
• Handle asset restructuring and related issues.
• Prepare estate planning and other asset protection documents.

Requirements:

• A thorough grasp of elder law issues.
• Strong presentation skills to engage groups of seniors effectively.
• Previous experience in elder law practice.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certification in Elder Law (e.g., Certified Elder Law Attorney - CELA).
