Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Meet with clients to provide legal counsel and updates on case progress.
  • Interact professionally with opposing counsel to negotiate settlements or prepare for litigation.
  • Assist in the development of legal strategies for cases.
  • Conduct legal research on complex legal issues.
