The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel on a broad range of financial matters, including complex transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. Candidates with 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in an Am-Law 100 firm, and strong writing, research, and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Location:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
  • Handle litigation cases related to financial matters, ensuring effective representation in disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and prepare for court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professional guidance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in an Am-Law 100 firm.
  • Strong experience in Finance & Restructuring practice areas.
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
