The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, superior communication skills, and 2-3 years of relevant experience in private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on legal matters related to blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to private offerings and venture capital transactions.
  • Provide counsel on regulatory compliance for blockchain and cryptocurrency ventures.
  • Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions involving tech companies.
  • Stay current on laws and regulations affecting blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings related to blockchain and cryptocurrency issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal expertise.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate law at a major law firm.
  • Proven experience in private offerings, venture capital, and tech company transactions.
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency technology and businesses.
  • Superior academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of Washington.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of Washington.
