Duties

• Represent professionals and institutions in liability defense litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and client consultations

• Assist in trial preparation and case analysis

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff on active matters

Requirements

• 2–4 years of litigation experience

• Background in professional liability matters preferred

• Judicial clerkship experience considered a plus

• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania

• Admission in New Jersey required

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

• Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
