Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and foreign associates.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to at least one State Bar (Indiana preferred).
  • Ideally registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution, focusing on mechanical arts.
  • Familiarity with electrical and software technologies in patent applications.
