Duties:

  • Prepare and argue motions related to patent litigation cases.
  • Conduct depositions and handle complex discovery processes.
  • Prepare for and assist in trial preparation, including the development of case strategy and presentation of evidence.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and provide detailed analysis to support litigation strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Manage case files and ensure adherence to court deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements as needed.
  • Stay updated on current developments in patent law and relevant technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Superior research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice in Ohio or Washington, DC.
  • Technical background preferred but not required.

Education:
