Requirements:

  • Familiarity with asset protection strategies.
  • Willingness to engage with the community through educational events and outreach.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Massachusetts (New Hampshire admission is a plus).

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
