Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex executive compensation agreements and employee benefits plans.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, tax laws, and securities regulations.
• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence on compensation and benefits matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide strategic solutions.
• Research and analyze evolving legal and regulatory frameworks impacting employee benefits and executive compensation.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service and interpersonal abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York, D.C., or Texas Bar, or eligibility to waive into these jurisdictions.
