A law firm is seeking a Junior Finance and Transactions Associate Attorney to join their Chicago, IL office. The Junior Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, and handling multiple matters simultaneously within the commercial finance sector.

 

Duties:

  • Draft loan documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage loan transactions efficiently and effectively
  • Handle multiple matters simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the Bar in Illinois or taking steps to become admitted
  • 2+ years of commercial finance experience at a law firm

 

Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in drafting loan documents
  • Ability to manage loan transactions
  • Strong organizational skills for handling multiple matters concurrently
