A law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join its team in Diamond Bar, CA. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters. Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters, including:

  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and file applications with government agencies

  • Provide clear and concise explanations of legal options and potential outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in each case

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in California
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law
  • Strong knowledge of US immigration laws and procedures
  • Excellent research and writing skills
