Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters, with a primary focus on patent disputes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development.
• Engage in trial preparation, including evidence collection and witness preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and strategic advice.
• Participate in hybrid work arrangements requiring in-office presence two to three days per week.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong academic record demonstrating legal proficiency.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
• Judicial clerkship experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Admission to the Delaware Bar (preferred or required within a specified time frame).

Skills:

• Exceptional legal writing and research abilities.
