Associate Attorney for Irvine office

A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience, preferably with some big firm experience, clerkship experience, and top law school grades. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of complex legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
• Participate in case strategy development and case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing law, preferably with experience in a large law firm setting.
• Clerkship experience is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, including top law school grades.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
