Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on medical malpractice cases.
  • Identify and research expert witnesses, making recommendations to the legal team.

  • Serve as Second Chair for trials, assisting in trial preparation and proceedings.
  • Provide advice and legal counsel to clients regarding medical malpractice matters.
  • Draft and prepare various motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including document organization and witness preparation.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Admission to the Maryland Bar is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Maryland Bar.
