Associate Attorney needed for Oklahoma City office

Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in estate planning, guardianship, and probate cases
• Represent clients in hearings and related court proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to case strategies
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents in compliance with firm policies and formatting standards
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to manage expectations and provide updates
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management
• Meet established billable hour requirements and track time accurately (experience with Clio is a plus)
• Travel to court appearances and related legal matters as required (mileage reimbursement provided)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, guardianship, and probate law
• Strong legal research, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a legal team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for legal document drafting
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
