Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking an Insurance Regulatory Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role involves legal research, preparation of documents, and communication with regulators within a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Location:

  • All office locations in Florida and Texas

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including memos and opinion letters.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies and prepare regulatory filings.
  • Analyze insurance-related contracts and various agreements.
  • Attend hearings and meetings, and review due diligence documents.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple matters while maintaining strong client service.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in and be licensed to practice in Florida or Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong research skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice in Florida or Texas.
