Duties:

• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and loan documents.
• Provide UCC and general corporate support.
• Participate in an enhanced mentor program designed for lateral associates.

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience (4-5 years).
• Strong finance and corporate law knowledge.
• High level of academic achievement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in New York.
