A law firm in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking a talented Lateral Attorney with a portable book of business exceeding $500k in Corporate law. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the field.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in Corporate law matters.
• Handle complex legal issues and transactions related to corporate entities.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Manage and oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan.
• Portable book of business exceeding $500k in Corporate law.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate law.
• Proven track record of success in handling corporate legal matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
