Mid-level M&A Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level M&A associate attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate will advise/rep public and private companies in wide range of US and international corporate transactions, joint ventures and co-investment transactions. Must have LL.M. or foreign degree equivalent. Should be admitted to NY State Bar. Should have experience supporting senior attorneys with $500m transactions by large-cap private equity firms and public company mergers, including capital markets transactions, SEC filings, asset acquisitions/leveraged buyouts of public companies.

The candidate must have JD degree. Must display academic excellence - cum laude/magna cum laude/distinction/scholar/B GPA/academic honors and/or law rev/journal experience.
