Job Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a dynamic litigation practice in Long Island, New York. Duties
Manage personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability.
Conduct pre-lawsuit investigations and analyze legal issues.
Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal support staff.
Assist in trial preparation and represent clients in court as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience in personal injury cases.
Strong understanding of New York personal injury law.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active license to practice law in New York.
Skills
