Duties

• Manage personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability.

• Conduct pre-lawsuit investigations and analyze legal issues.

• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.

• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal support staff.

• Assist in trial preparation and represent clients in court as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience in personal injury cases.

• Strong understanding of New York personal injury law.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
