Duties:

  • Engage with clients to understand their stories, ensuring they receive the guidance they need during their difficult times.

  • Manage an efficient caseload, ensuring timely and effective case progression.

  • Develop strategies to protect clients from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.

  • Collaborate with a team to create a productive, friendly work environment and foster strong internal relationships.

  • Take a proactive role in case development, from discovery through settlement, aiming for positive outcomes for clients.

  • Led a pod of support staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to meet client needs.

  • Approach cases with tenacity, demonstrating a high level of motivation and aggressive pursuit of client goals.

  • Maintain consistent client communication, providing exemplary service and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • Active certification to practice law in Texas.

  • 0-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on organization and time management.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar License.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superior organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Assertive, proactive, and driven in achieving client goals.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
