Duties:

  • Lead or assist in both public and private company M&A transactions.
  • Draft and review sophisticated corporate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and stock exchange rules.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on M&A matters.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience, specifically in M&A.
  • Strong general corporate transactional background.
  • Specific experience in public and private company transactions.
  • Working knowledge of market terms and SEC regulations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
