Duties

Requirements

  • Active Michigan law license (required)

  • 0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation (preferred)

  • Admission to additional states (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission through a waiver process or bar examination
